5. Labor quota
The project has a labor force of 11 people, and none of the staff members do not have food and lodging in the factory. The annual working days are 300 days, and the production shift

6. Process flow
1. Feeding material: Purchasing dry straw, chaff husk, etc. as required. Raw material requirements: low moisture content, no impurities such as gravel, iron filings, silt, plastic, etc., so dust will be generated during the unloading process.
2. Crushing and crushing: from the loader to the sealed conveyor line, it is transported by the belt to the crusher for crushing, and the crushed material with larger particle size is obtained. The iron removal device is installed at the outlet of the crushed material, and the crushed material (waste plate) The iron and other impurities are removed. The crushed material is conveyed from the loader to the belt to the crusher for crushing to obtain crushed materials with a particle size of <10mm. The crushed materials are sent to a closed warehouse through a closed conveyor belt for storage.
3. Granulation and molding: The granulator is the key equipment of the biomass fuel production line. After the crushed raw materials pass through the granulator in a closed environment, the finished biomass fuel pellets with a diameter of 8mm and a length of 20-40mm are formed.
